Announcing a big policy win for cannabis farmers! 

In an ongoing effort to treat all agricultural producers in the county equally, The Nevada County Cannabis Alliance has been advocating for changes to local regulations which would allow accessory buildings used for cannabis farms to have U Occupancy classification.

Previously cannabis accessory buildings had to meet F1 (Factory Industrial) classification while traditional agricultural producers were only held to U Occupancy standards.
