Course Information
As the industry for cannabis changes and become more regulated, California State Assembly requires any licensed cannabis business in California to provide a Cal/OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety course to one supervisor and one employee. This certificate will enable cannabis industry-specific safety awareness to help in recognizing and reducing the risks of workplace injury. This course emphasizes hazard awareness, avoidance, control & prevention. The course is designed for supervisors or workers with safety responsibilities.

Health Hazards Electives – Hazardous Material (Flammable and Combustible Liquids, Spray Finishing, Compressed Gases, Dipping and Coating Operations)/Permit‐Required Confined Spaces/Lockout/Tagout/Machine Guarding/Welding, Cutting, and Brazing/Bloodborne Pathogens/Ergonomics/Fall Protection/Safety and Health Programs/Powered Industrial Vehicles/Heat Illness Prevention/Cranes & Hoisting Equipment Record Keeping (300, 300A, 301)

He is an achievement-oriented manager with a proven 14-plus year record of accomplishments in the pharmaceutical industry that includes experience in sales, US/international business development, logistics, purchasing, contract analysis, and investor relations. He founded Cannabis Clearwater LLC, a full service compliance company assisting the cannabis industry with permits, licensing, and growing a business.
