The Annual Water Board Monitoring Reports open 01/01/2026 and are due by 03/01/2026 for the 2025 cultivation year.

The Annual Monitoring report can only be completed on the application portal, which you can access by clicking here https://public2.waterboards.ca.gov/SWCGO.
